The location is near the Pimlico underground station. The hotel offers a very good breakfast with plenty of choices. I found the staff helpful and polite . The bathroom was acceptably clean and functional.
The carpets showed some staining needing attention.

The hotel has good transport links. The Pimlico underground station is within a short walk from the hotel. I noted the 24 bus stops close to the premises. The location felt conveniently central.

The location was convenient. I found the bus stop nearby gave easy access to the Imperial War Museum. I appreciated the availability of takeaway cups for coffee at breakfast. This was quite useful. The staff at the front desk were very helpful, and the rooms were acceptably clean.

mixed feelings about my stay
decent selectionfilthy carpettiny bathroom
the breakfast had a decent selection of items to choose from so i found something i could eat.
the room was small and the carpet was quite filthy i noticed stains everywhere. the bathroom was also tiny i kept bumping into things while trying to move around. i think they need to invest in some new carpets at least

I found the staff at the front desk very helpful with directions. Rima in the breakfast area ensured all guests had everything needed. The complimentary breakfast included both continental and cooked options, a nice surprise. I also appreciated the luggage storage as I explored before my evening departure. It was very convenient.
The closet space in the room was a bit smaller than expected.
